LUXURY APARTMENTS IN BULGARIA JOHN KNIGHT HOLIDAYS - TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Completion of contract John Knight Holidays acts as a provider of vacational and holiday accommodation between the owner of the holiday houses or apartments in Bulgaria, and the visiting tenant. The letting is closed in the name of the owner of the property. The service of John Knight Holidays is merely and exclusively the mediation between the property owner and the tenant. 2. Payment With the confirmation of the reservation, a non-refundable down payment is due which has to be paid within 7 days, the amount of which is defined on confirmation. If it is not paid within this period, John Knight Holidays can cancel the booking. The rest of the amount is payable not later than 4 (four) weeks before arrival, if no other agreements have been made. 3. Exemption from liability John Knight Holidays makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our website. We cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or changes that may have occurred. All recommendations and opinions expressed on our website are provided for guidance only. John Knight Holidays does not accept responsibility for the accommodation featured on the site. If during the course of the holiday you have any reason for complaint, you should contact the owner of the property or John Knight Holidays in order to take the according action. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage or other sum or claim of any nature whatsoever (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which arises, directly or indirectly, in connection with this website including, for the avoidance of doubt and not by way of limitation, any use of any information or material contained in this website or any inability to access or use this website. 4. Possibility of mending The tenant is asked and obliged to care for the property and it’s furnishings and equipment, and to inform the owner of the property or John Knight Holidays about any damages within 24 hours in order to facilitate the possibility of mending or repair. Any complaints reported later than that cannot be considered. 5. Equipment of the properties Please keep in mind that all booked accommodation are private properties, designed and furnished by the owners according to their particular taste and style. Therefore we ask you not to compare your holiday accommodation with your own home, but rather accept the character of each house and the different way of living here in Bulgaria. If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate reporting them to us in advance, the property owners do their best to fulfil your wishes and needs. The houses we rent always provide linen, blankets, pillows, etc. and towels; please bring your own beach towels though and other beach accessories. 1. Smoking Regulations the apartment is strictly non smoking; exception is applied for the balcony areas. 6. Cancellation policy If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, cancellation fees may be payable to the supplier, depending on the period before the day of arrival the booking is cancelled: within 90 days before arrival 20%, within 60 days 30%, within 30 days 50% and within 3 days 80%.You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance, at the time of booking, for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs. 7. Final cleaning The guests have to leave the holiday home in a very clean condition. Final cleaning need to be done by the guests themselves (this includes all the living areas of the apartment including kitchens and toilets), failing which an amount towards that would be charged. Domestic animals are only allowed on request. The holder of animals is responsible for any damage it may cause the same is with children also. The detailed policy of the cleaning standards is detailed in the apartments section of the after sales manual. 8. Car rental/Airport Transfers/Maid Services and other third party services including our channel partners John Knight Holidays acts only as a facilitator of the Car rental/Airport transfers/Maid Services and other third Party services; the rental contract is closed between the car rental company and the client. All reclamations have to be directed to the car rental company. 9. Court jurisdiction These conditions are subject to the law where the property is located. |
