With the sea on one side and the Salt Lagoon on another which provides the whole of Bulgaria with its salt.The salt museum is famous for its historical depiction of salt, its production from ancient times with live demonstrations, photos and all in the English language. Pomorie is famous for it's bird watching activities with the rarest birds to be seen for the first time and the 2000 year old mud treatment facilities which can be given at most of the hotels in the area.
