Enquire availability of our accommodation for your preferred dates by e-mail through our enquiry form if need be through the phone. Familiarise yourselves with our terms and conditions as this will help you very much.

Call us if need be for a small input of thought about your reservations (We could provisionally hold the place for you, till the next person comes along). Please do your reservations (20% of the rental fee + (50% of the rental fee as damages deposit) with us with your preferred dates, preferably on a waiver cancellation as that would be fully to your benefit for a small fee that will help you in case of you requiring a refund of your deposit reservation fee. If your Holidays are within 4 weeks of your departure, you will have to pay the full amount of your rental fee and rental deposit.

Then immediately book your flights for those dates. If you feel that those dates intended by you could not be met, please do get back to us. We will do everything that we can to meet you flights dates, after please do get back to us.
Pay the reminder of your fees as soon as possible (within 3 weeks of your holiday) else you might have to forfeit your deposit.

On full payment of your amount, you will receive a detailed guide with all information with regards to airport transfers, the maximum usage of the accommodation and the best facilities we provide both onsite and offsite which will help you plan your holiday for the utmost benefit and the most enjoyable experience.

Extra information on special needs and added necessities can be given from our side. Also we provided the necessary information for your check in and check out process for your smooth entry and exit of our apartment and your convenience.

Along with this pack we will also provide you a signed Booking contract to be signed by you and returned back to us for your and our records. Please do note that your holiday accommodation will be finalised once we receive your booking contract fully filled with all the details and duly signed.

Your damages deposit will be refunded back to you once your rental is over and we have confirmation from the Rental management agency that there were no damages to the property. The duration on this process will be instant and we can refund you immediately.
