We appreciate your concern and we are aware that Bulgaria is an unknown country for many people, but this could be a good opportunity for you to try it out. Bear it in mind that Bulgaria has been a secret holiday spot for Russia and Eastern Europe for a very long time and now Bulgaria is opening its borders, skies and tourism for Western Europe, America and rest of the world.

The people are friendly, the cost of living is cheap, and there are lots of activities for you and the family. The language is not that much of problem as people try to help you out in some way or the other there are plenty of signboards in English and there is always some one you can get to translate and help you out if need be.

Why would you recommend Bulgaria?
We mainly recommend Bulgaria because of its varied beauty and the unknown tourism it can provide which is untapped as of now. The place is very cheap about roughly a third the cost in the United Kingdom. Thus offering you the potential to stay more, spend more and have a nice time. Whatever the age group or whatever your preference of a holiday we are sure that Bulgaria can offer it to you, from the location of our apartment and the resort that you wish to go to.

Bulgaria is very child friendly, thus giving you and the family a pleasant wonderful stay there.As of now we are only providing a Beach Holiday accommodation but quite soon we can be giving you a mountain holiday accommodation. So both a Beach and a Ski holiday can be provided.

We usually prefer to stay at hotels on our holidays, How different is your accommodation and what advantages does your shelter give?
Well, for a start a hotel would enforce a maximum limit per rooms. We are flexible to accommodate a party of up to 5 which in most cases is a medium size family, thus giving your ease and access to your family members.

During season times getting hotel reservations could be tough. We are ready to give you the flexibility of staying at our place according to your date preferences. The hotel could charge you for services unknown to you (stealth charges).We have our charges clearly mentioned upfront and we do collect the money upfront, post that you would have no other fees to be paid to us.

You can do your own catering at our shelter but this is not possible at the hotels you stay in and this feature could be very helpful especially if you have you own preferences in diet or convience for children. Our rates are very competitive compared to the hotel charges for the advantages that we are providing.

Why should we choose your apartment in particular compared to the other apartment choice that we have?
We are at a prime location for all your necessities, the beach is just 80 metres or a minute away. The pool is of very high quality at our apartment complex and what’s more the sun beds are free unlike other hotels and apartment complexes that charge you money. The aqua park is just 300 meters from our apartment.

We have a tennis courts and underground parking at our complex for all of your needs. The Supermarket, Chemist, Spa and Restaurant are proposed to be open for the Summer season of 2008 (May to September).

Outside the Complex you can still have access to various other supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and hotels for your choice.

There is not need for a car as everything is walk able and the transport links in the area are top of the rate.

What modes of payment can I make?
As of now we are accepting:

  • Bankers Drafts
  • Cheques
  • Postal Orders

Details of account details that would be required for the supplied at the time of reservation proceeding confirmation for interested parties only. Please allow at least 3 working days for the funds to clear.

Further the names for which the cheque has to be drawn out would be supplied at the time of reservation proceeding confirmation for interested parties only.

Please allow at least 5 working days for the cheques to clear.

For Parties outside the United Kingdom please allow sufficient time for the funds to be cleared as part of a transfer if you are interested in a Bank Transfer else we think a Bankers Draft would be very time friendly for your needs.

Actually speaking we offer only the accommodation services from John Knight Holidays, all other services that are advertised on our website are just facilitation for your holiday with third parties and we do not fully ensure the quality of their services (though we are confident that a level of their service would be good).

Can I depend and plan my holiday based on the information that you have provided?
The Information that we have compiled apt and up to date as far as we at john Knight Holidays know. How ever with situations is Bulgaria changing for the better and massive improvements happening in all spheres around our apartment ,we could be a little out of date, for this purpose we are advising all our customers and clients to use our information as a guideline rather than the absolute fact.

I have kids, how can I keep them entertained/occupied in a beach holiday that you are recommending?
Bulgaria is a very child friendly country and we have our apartment surrounded with child activities and sporting facilities. Our apartment complex has a child friendly pool along with an adult pool for your convenience. Our apartment is very comfortable for children and Please do visit our kids section for various activities in and around the area.

We would like to stay at your apartment for more than 2 weeks. Is it possible?
Yes it is possible, but we would like to give all our clients and interested parties a chance so at times it may not be possible as the season might be demanding. Your best option is to book in advance with us or at least let us know as soon as possible.

Do you do nightly rentals?
Well we have designed our process in such a way that it fits a weekly rental model, but as you are interested to stay at our place we would welcome it. However it depends on availability and the season. The terms and conditions would be the same and the deposit amount would be the same as mentioned. Please do give us a call for the purpose of confirming your reservation in this case.

How fast can we get our deposit back?
On check out or vacation of the apartment, our staff would check for the damages and the condition of the apartment. Once the necessary checks are done then our staff would send us of a confirmation mail of the charges (if any and the status of your stay there. If there are not charges and no problems we would refund your damages deposit by cheque drawn out in your name. All in all we are setting ourselves a deadline of 2 days to post your deposit back to you once you leave our apartment.
